Ask Yawmu for written payment instructions for your service and booking reference before sending money. Confirm those details directly using our published phone number or email. An enquiry is not a booking.টাকা দেওয়ার আগে আপনার সেবা ও বুকিংয়ের রেফারেন্স অনুযায়ী লিখিত পেমেন্টের তথ্য নিন। আমাদের প্রকাশিত ফোন নম্বর বা ইমেইলে সেই তথ্য মিলিয়ে তারপর টাকা দিন। শুধু অনুসন্ধান পাঠালে বুকিং হয় না।

First, agree the service and totalআগে সেবা ও মোট খরচ বুঝে নিন

Request a dated quotation stating the services included, any separate official or supplier charges, payment schedule, and applicable cancellation or refund terms. For a partner-arranged service, ask which company organises it, who you are contracting with and who will receive the payment.তারিখসহ কোটেশন নিন। কী কী সেবা পাবেন, অফিসিয়াল বা সরবরাহকারীর কোনো খরচ আলাদা কি না, কখন কত টাকা দিতে হবে এবং বাতিল–রিফান্ডের শর্ত জেনে নিন। অন্য প্রতিষ্ঠানের আয়োজনে সেবা হলে কে আয়োজন করছে, কার সঙ্গে চুক্তি হবে ও কাকে টাকা দেবেন, নিশ্চিত করুন।

Then verify the payment detailsএরপর পেমেন্টের তথ্য মিলিয়ে নিন

  • Check the recipient’s account name, account number and provider against Yawmu’s written instructions.যাঁর কাছে টাকা যাবে তাঁর অ্যাকাউন্টের নাম, নম্বর ও সেবাদাতা প্রতিষ্ঠানের তথ্য আমাদের লিখিত নির্দেশনার সঙ্গে মিলিয়ে নিন।
  • Confirm the amount, payment reference and any applicable transaction charge before authorising the payment.টাকা পাঠানোর আগে পরিমাণ, রেফারেন্স ও প্রযোজ্য লেনদেনের চার্জ নিশ্চিত করুন।
  • If a message says payment details have changed, call our published number to reconfirm. A social-media comment or an unfamiliar message is not enough.কোনো মেসেজে পেমেন্টের তথ্য বদলেছে বলা হলে আমাদের প্রকাশিত নম্বরে কল করে আবার নিশ্চিত করুন। শুধু ফেসবুকের কমেন্ট বা অপরিচিত মেসেজ দেখে টাকা পাঠাবেন না।
  • Never share your PIN, password, OTP, full card details or bank login.কাউকে PIN, পাসওয়ার্ড, OTP, কার্ডের সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য বা ব্যাংকে লগইনের তথ্য দেবেন না।

Keep a receipt and referenceরসিদ ও রেফারেন্স রাখুন

Keep your transaction reference and ask Yawmu for a receipt. Share only the reference and information needed to identify your payment; do not send bank credentials. For an update, change or refund enquiry, quote your booking or enquiry reference.লেনদেনের রেফারেন্স রাখুন এবং ইয়াওমুর কাছে রসিদ নিন। টাকা মিলিয়ে দেখার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় রেফারেন্স দিন; ব্যাংকের গোপন তথ্য দেবেন না। কাজের খবর, পরিবর্তন বা রিফান্ডের বিষয়ে কথা বলতে আপনার বুকিং বা অনুসন্ধানের রেফারেন্স জানান।
